Pain Management Procedures

Guidelines for Blood Thinners:

  • Coumadin: Stop five (5) days prior to procedure
  • Xarelto:   Stop two (2) days prior to procedure
  • Plavix:  Stop seven (7) days prior to procedure
  • Eliquis:  Stop two (2) days prior to procedure
  • Aspirin:  Do NOT discontinue
